The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description in preference to S-S-710.
1. ABSTRACT
1.1 Abstract. This commercial item description covers commercial, heavy duty, steam, gas, or electrically heated steam tables in the following types, styles, and sizes:
Type I- Steam heated
Type II- Electrically heated
Type III- Gas heated
Style 1- with protector shelf
Style 2- without protector shelf
Size 1- Four table- top openings (60 inches to 63 inches long- nominal)
Size 2- Five table- top openings (70 inches to 77 inches long- nominal)
Size 3- Six table- top openings (86 inches to 91 inches long- nominal)
